Andrew J. Picco, 70, passed away Sunday, August 6, 2017 in Fort Wayne. Born in Spring Valley, IL, Andy began his college education at the University of Arizona and then graduated from Bradley University with a degree in Industrial Engineering. He worked as a sales engineer for General Electric and most recently was the owner of Fort Wayne Newcomer Services for the past 25 years. Andy was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church. His personal passion was competitively trapshooting with his buddies. Surviving are his wife, Bernadette Picco of Fort Wayne; sons, Michael (Lora) Picco of Charlotte, NC, Douglas (Brenna) Picco of Fort Wayne, Bryan (Cozette) Picco of Sanibel Island, FL; and daughter, Mindy (Nick) Moeller of Fort Wayne; and 10 grandchildren. Andy was preceded in death by his parents, Louie and Mary Picco; brother, John Picco; and sister, Louise Picco-Branney. Mass of Christian Resurrection is 10:00 am, Saturday, August 12, 2017 at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 518 E DeWald St with calling one-hour prior. Calling also Friday, August 11, 2017 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm & 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 E. Dupont Rd, with a Rosary service at 8:00 pm.
