Eileen L. Fisher, 68 of Fort Wayne, passed away on September 1, 2019 at the Visiting Nurse Hospice Home after battling Cirrhosis of the liver. She was born on October 31, 1950 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Arthur Czarkowski and Corrine V. Hogue. Eileen worked at ITT Corp Exelis Inc- Harris Corp, for 20 years, retiring in 2013. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Steven W. Fisher of Fort Wayne, IN; step-daughters; Michele (Jeremy) Ellison of Montpelier, IN and Chastity Fisher of Ossian, IN; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; uncle, Dempshey (Joyce) Hogue of New Haven; aunt, Shirley Budka of Hamlet, IN; brother, Bruce Hogue of Akron, IN; step-siblings, Ellen Larson (Dave) of Oak Forest, IL, Tina (James) Foy, Karen (Terrence) O' Malley, and Arthur Czarkowski Jr. all of Interlachen, FL; and cousin, Kathleen Burke of Trevor, WI. Also proceeding her in passing are her step- father, Albert S. Hogue; and step- sister, Linda Reed. A memorial gathering will be held from 5-8pm on Monday, September 9, 2019 at the D.O. McComb and sons Maplewood funeral home 4017 Maplecrest Road Fort Wayne, Indiana 46815. Memorial contributions may be made to the Visiting Nurse Hospice Home and ASPCA. Wow me and Eileen became friend when we first start working at ITT in the same Department building those radios I'm going to miss the calls I will missed calling her on her birthday we did that every year consistently when we got laid off from Itt in her retiring she's going to be truly missed I missed a call rest in heaven Eileen my friend

Eileen was a genuine, loyal friend and family member. You never had to guess what was on her mind, she told you without hesitation. Her spirit will remain on this Earth as long as family will remain. I will cherish every minute we shared and pray for Steve. Love her for ever.

My condolences Steve, I worked with Eileen at Itt for 4 years. She was great to work with and be around, we were always having fun and laughing to pass the hours. Great memories and wishing the best memories for you as well.
