Scott reaffirmed his baptism the day we joined the church. I stood right beside him. He was a friend. I know that Scott is with God. A passage from the 23rd Psalm comes to mind.Psalm 1 and 2 say;The Lord is my Shepherd. I shall not want.He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads beside still waters. He restores my soul. See you again one day, Scott.

One of my favorite memories of Scott was when we kids, probably about 10 years old (we are cousins of the same age). He had to show off by using my pogo stick to jump up & down 1,000 times without falling off. Maybe it was less than a thousand times, but it sure seemed like it. I went in the house and he just kept on pogoing. He was still pogoing when I came back out after getting a snack. He stopped when he claimed he got to 1,000.
What a competitive goofball!! And what a fond memory. He had such a great smile of joy!!!
