Dr. Bonnie J. (Briggs) Stuelpe Obituary

So sorry to hear of the death of Bonnie. I remember Bonnie substituting for other teachers at Leo High and of course you too, Mr. Stuelpe. I also remember babysitting for you. Your kids where easy to babysit for because they were well behaved even as young as they were.
My prayer go out to you and your kids. May God give you love and grace during this difficult time.

Dearest Herb, Jen, and Joe,
We have known and loved you guys for over 40 years. We will miss Bonnie greatly. She has been an incredible neighbor, friend, fellow quilter, bridge partner, and book advisor, not to mention Kris's very first baby sitter cause I didn't trust anyone else with Kris when she was a newborn infant. Harold, Dave, Kris, and I have treasured memories of Bonnie and of all your family. Our hearts go out to all of you, and

Joe & Becky,
Mike and I just heard the news that you lost your dear mother Monday. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. We will be with you tomorrow in prayer as we cannot be there in person. Your mother always seemed like such a gentle Lady, the few times that we had the pleasure to be in her company. I know you will miss her greatly. Hugs from both of us, Aunt Teresa and Uncle Mike

I am so sorry to see of Bonnie's passing. She was such an inspiration to me throughout her life. The stories and memories we held in our hearts were always bursting to get out and enjoy one way or another. She will be sorely missed by all who knew her. My Mike loved you so.

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

Herb, Joe, Jen and families,
I am so sorry to hear of Bonnie's (Chuck's) passing. She was truly a one of a kind. I can't be there in person but know that I will be there in spirit. You now have your own guardian angel. Prayers to all of you.

Bonnie as our neighbor was always smiling and quick witted! We enjoyed her very much!

Our prayer is that He will lay his healing hand on each and everyone who is touched by Bonnie's passing. She now enjoys her walk with Our Savior!

Jen, my love and prayers are with you and your family. I wish I could be at the calling but will still be out of town. I will be with you in spirit. Praying for you.
