In gratitude to my mother, Sally Jane Stanley 1-3-36 to 12-23-16:
Here is my secret. It is very simple: It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye. -Antoine de Saint Exupéry,

I.Thank you for the life you gave me and the care you took in helping me grow.

II.Thank you for creating a home with Dad that allowed us to feel safe and loved.

III.Thank you for planting the seeds of love

My heart is broken knowing I will never get to see my Aunt Sally again. Aunt Sally and Uncle Bill unselfishly cared for my sisters and me throughout much of 1971 as our father lay dying in the V.A. hospital. She was a surrogate mother, a role model, and a source of support throughout that very sad and scary time. In May I sent her a message telling her I wanted to bring my son for a visit. I wanted

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family. Aunt Sally was such a delightful and kind spirit and we will forever remember her for the many warm and thoughtful things she shared with us. Our daughter, LeAnne has lit a candle in Aunt Sally's memory every night since we heard of her passing. She left wonderful memories for both our children in the few times we were able to share together. They remember her hugs an kisses at our reunions and always calling them "her babies". She made them feel so loved. RIP Aunt Sally.

My condolences to the Family. She was a great woman when we moved in next door she had made her delicious bunt cake for us & thru out the years we would have her delicious cakes & cookies when I moved out my boys still enjoyed her awesome goodies & great advice. She will be so missed.

A kind, outstanding and generous lady. She is, and will continue to be, missed so very much by so many. We laughed one day that we share the same middle name and decided that we are both the "plain Jane" type. She will surely be a bright star in the heavens. God rest you Sally.

My beautiful Aunt Sally. My heart is broken. I will miss you so much. I will miss you and Uncle Bill coming to our home with your trunk loaded with goodies for everyone. Gifts and enough food to feed an army. Even though we told you not to buy us anything, you couldn't help yourself. You made everything so personal and took the time to check in with us and somehow kept track of our comings and goings. You fiercely
